Who We Are

Dan started his career 26 years ago, working for three well known New Hampshire companies, working throughout the state during that time.

For 16 years, Dan installed, repaired (and troubleshot) pump stations. He jetted sewer lines and scoped municipal, commercial and residential lines.  Dan has experience thawing lines, running electrical for pump stations; he has also  lined city sewer lines.  Dan is able to use gas monitors, tripods, excavators and the numerous other tools and techniques required to perform these duties. 

Dan was trained by one of the best septic inspectors in the business. He spent 8 years working for a local septic company.  With Dan’s training and extensive background skills, Dan was able to perform hundreds of septic inspections and repairs.

Using 26 years of experience and knowledge, Dan opened  his own business.  In 2019, Dan established  EDR & Family Septic Inspections LLC. His company is doing well.  He continues to educate himself, as well as his clients; gaining more knowledge and experience as an inspector and businessman.  Dan and his wife, Lynn, work in the field together.  Clients often call and ask for the husband and wife team.  

Dan’s greatest pride (and accomplishments) come in being a husband, father and aspiring homesteader. Dan is very proud of his daughter SGT Courtney Reyes who is currently away on active duty.  He loves to  hunt and fish.  He and his wife love working in their yard and on their home and land. 

Lynn, like most wives and mothers, is the glue that holds everything together. Before working with Dan, Lynn worked for the local School District and as a Direct Support Specialist. Although Lynn enjoys working with students, she is incredibly excited to be working with Dan. 

Lynn supports Dan in the field; you will often see her working beside Dan. She spends a lot of her time making sure that the business is running effectively and efficiently. She is the appointment setter, report writer, and bookkeeper. She keeps Dan busy, enrolling him in seminars/classes and making sure all of his licenses are in place, and up to date. 

Lynn enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends. Her home is filled with two dogs, a sweet kitten and two adorable goats. Lynn, like Dan, has a magic touch:  the people and things they come in contact with, are always better for knowing them.

Courtney is the daughter of Dan and Lynn. She is currently on active duty with the Army National Guard. SGT Reyes takes pride in her military position as a Religious Affair Specialist and her choice to serve her country. Courtney enjoys hiking, working out, meeting new people and road trip adventures with friends.

When Courtney returns home she plans to continue her education and assist her Dad in the family business. Courtney will work in the field with her Dad and continue to manage EDR’S social media outlets. Courtney has a strong bond with her parents and believes that her family is her most valuable treasure.

The three of them enjoy helping others and EDR has done just that. They donate to local charities in their son's name and they strongly believe “If you give, you will always have”. Keep an eye on their social media accounts to see what organizations they support.
